Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (United States)

• Standard Tracked Shipping (orders under $50.00): $4.99 flat rate.
• Free Standard Tracked Shipping (orders of $50.00 or more): free.
• Estimated delivery time: 8 to 14 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 2–3 business days of shipment.

Direct Fulfillment

To offer fair prices, our products are dispatched directly from our international supplier's fulfillment center to your door in the US with tracked delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Kitty Fighter™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible, before your order is dispatched.
